Victorian inventions workshops in the comfort of your own school.   In the most original Victorian workshop in the UK today, pupils investigate a wide range of genuine Victorian inventions, such as Cameras, household items, typewriters, sewing machines, Great Exhibition relics plus much more.

Each day comes with a full five hours of activities including pupils being able to use a working electric telegraph set to send a morse code message to their friends; the recreation of a Victorian photographer's studio, where pupils dress in costumes and take pictures of each other using a genuine 1880 lens (the only activity of the kind in the world!) and a steam power task which allows pupils to power our own working model of Stephenson's 'Rocket'.

Added to this, our workshops are extremely economical when compared to out of school visits.
