About:

We focus on educating children around where food comes from and sustainability. Topics include: learning about the journey of food from the farm to the plate, cooking skills, the sustainability agenda and environmental awareness, animal welfare and healthy living.

The activities that we have designed around these topics clearly have strong links to the development of good citizen ideals. However, just as important are the links to the national curriculum including literacy, numeracy, science, geography, art and design, history and PSHE.

The facilities we offer to support the learning of all the key stages include:
